Event Cancellation Policy

Because NAIOP SFBA must finalize logistical plans well ahead of the date of the event, including catering, rentals, etc., we request that registrants notify the NAIOP SFBA team in writing if they can no longer attend.

Individual Registrant Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee paid.
  2. Cancellations made within 4 – 6 days will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
  3. Refunds will not be issued on cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.

Should you find that you can no longer attend, please notify NAIOP SFBA in writing at admin@naiopsfba.org.

Transfer Your Ticket: Registrants may transfer their ticket to a colleague without penalty. Please notify NAIOP SFBA staff in writing with any substitutions.

Event Sponsorship Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel an event sponsorship, you must notify NAIOP SFBA, in writing, 14 days (or more) ahead of the event to request a refund. Refunds requested within 14-days of the event will only be issued, if the sponsorship is resold.
